When looking for orders with invalid addresses you can search for your orders by selecting just your account, or you can search by specific order types within your account for a more segmented list.
You will be able to export all of the orders in the list to an excel file, you will also be able to view the order by selecting the customer order number or the order number, or sort by order type by selecting the order type.
To edit the address of the order select the edit button
Selecting edit will create a pop-up window that will allow you to update the address information for the order. it will provide you with a potential address that might be more accurate to use address select the choose option to update the address automatically.
Pro-Tip: If a submitted ship-to address contains a PO BOX for delivery, it will stop within the Fulfillment system. PO Box addresses are prohibited for all wine shipments as an adult of the age of 21 or older will need to sign for the package. All orders containing a PO box will go on hold and will have to be changed to a residential or Commercial shipping address; your order/s will go on hold within the system.
