Welcome Manual

We would like to officially welcome you to the WineDirect family.  We are truly thrilled to have the opportunity to have you as a partner.  Once completing the launch steps, you will have a designated Account Manager and Account Coordinator.  Your Coordinator is your day-to-day contact for all aspects of your order and fulfillment needs.  Coordinators are available Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (PST).
