Cancel a order line item

We now have the ability to cancel a product from your on hold orders!

• Go to Orders >> View Orders  on the fulfillment portal
• Search for your order/s using either the quick search order field
• Click into the order to view the Order Details
• Click on "Edit this Order" located on the upper right of the page

• Click on the edit button next to the Line you want to cancel.

• Change the Quantity (New Amount) to 0, click on SAVE.

• Order will now reflect Quantity (On Hand) with the original quantity in order and 0 in Quantity (New Amount).
